服務範圍
觀瀾智庫專注於生成式引擎優化（GEO）及AI引擎優化（AEO）顧問服務，涵蓋全球及中國大語言模型（LLM）雙生態系統。我們的服務包括但不限於：AI可見性基線審計、結構化數據優化、LLM引用策略規劃、品牌知識圖譜建構，以及跨平台AI生態系統部署。具體服務內容以雙方簽署的服務合約為準。
NeuronSpark Media-Tech Limited (NeuronSpark Think Tank) specializes in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) consultancy services, covering both global and Chinese Large Language Model (LLM) dual ecosystems. Our services include but are not limited to: AI Visibility Baseline Audits, Structured Data Optimization, LLM Citation Strategy Planning, Brand Knowledge Graph Construction, and Cross-platform AI Ecosystem Deployment. Specific service details are subject to the service agreement signed by both parties.
使用資格與帳戶
您必須年滿十八歲或具備相應法律行為能力方可使用本服務。註冊帳戶時，您應提供真實、準確且完整的資訊，並有責任維護帳戶安全。您對帳戶下發生的所有活動負責。如發現任何未授權使用，請立即通知我們。我們保留在合理理由下暫停或終止帳戶的權利。

When registering an account, you shall provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and are responsible for maintaining account security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for reasonable cause.

All content on this website and within our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, software, and GEO methodology frameworks, is protected by international intellectual property laws and is owned by NeuronSpark Think Tank or its licensors. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, sublicense, or use such content for any commercial purpose. Intellectual property rights for strategy reports and optimization solutions delivered to clients are governed by the terms of the respective service agreements.
費用與付款
部分服務可能需要付費。所有費用均以服務合約或本網站公佈的定價方案為準。除法律另有規定外，已支付的費用概不退還。我們保留調整定價方案的權利，並將提前通知現有用戶。逾期未付款項可能導致服務暫停。對於訂閱制服務，除非您在當前計費週期結束前取消，否則將自動續訂。
Certain services may require payment. All fees are subject to the service agreement or pricing plans published on this website. Unless otherwise required by law, fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing plans and will notify existing users in advance. Overdue payments may result in service suspension. For subscription-based services, unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions will automatically renew.
責任限制
本服務按「現狀」及「可用」基礎提供。觀瀾智庫不對以下情形承擔責任：因AI搜索引擎演算法變更導致的可見性波動、第三方平台政策調整對優化效果的影響、因不可抗力導致的服務中斷。在法律允許的最大範圍內，觀瀾智庫對任何間接損失、利潤損失或數據損失不承擔責任。我們的總責任以您在相關服務期限內實際支付的費用為上限。
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NeuronSpark Think Tank shall not be liable for: visibility fluctuations caused by AI search engine algorithm changes; impact on optimization results due to third-party platform policy adjustments; service interruptions caused by force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuronSpark Think Tank shall not be liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by you during the relevant service period.
終止與暫停
您可隨時停止使用本服務並關閉帳戶。我們亦保留因以下原因終止或暫停您使用服務的權利：違反本服務條款、從事欺詐或非法活動、長期未使用帳戶，或基於合理商業判斷。服務終止後，您的帳戶數據將根據我們的隱私政策及適用法律處理。
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for the following reasons: violation of these Terms of Service, engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities, prolonged account inactivity, or based on reasonable business judgment. After service termination, your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
適用法律與爭議解決
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。因本條款或服務引起的任何爭議，雙方應首先嘗試友好協商解決。協商不成的，應提交至香港國際仲裁中心依其仲裁規則進行仲裁。仲裁語言為中文或英文，仲裁裁決為終局裁決，對雙方均具約束力。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration under its rules. The language of arbitration shall be Chinese or English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

觀瀾智庫保留隨時修訂本服務條款的權利。修訂後的條款將在本頁面公佈，並更新生效日期。重大變更將通過網站公告或電子郵件方式通知您。您在修訂後繼續使用服務，即代表您接受修訂後的條款。
NeuronSpark Think Tank reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via website notice or email. Your continued use of the service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
